For current members of the program: once a version is available for early access:
Android users need to visit the Beta tester page while logged in from the Google Play email and confirm that they are a beta tester or accept to become one if they are not. You will then receive the early access version when it is available via the Playstore (it will download and install automatically if you have auto-updates enabled).
iOS users will be able to download the latest build through the TestFlight app.
PRO TIP: You do not need to worry about this if you are not testing beta Delta builds. You can manage Delta normally from the App Store.
