What happens when I hit a limit?

A quick overview of how Delta handles limits

Written by James Evans

If you reach a limit with the number of your assets, or number of portfolios you’ll get a quick message explaining what happened. Nothing breaks, nothing disappears, and your data stays exactly where it was.

For example, if you add more assets than your plan allows, Delta will still sync everything, but only your highest-value assets will stay fully visible.

The value of theses hidden assets will still be included in your portfolio value ensuring you always have an accurate view of your portfolio right when you need it.

Similarly, if you try to open a locked feature or activate a new portfolio, Delta will let you know and what you can do.

What doesn’t happen is just as important: your portfolio remains accurate, your connections continue working, and nothing is ever deleted. If you upgrade later, everything simply becomes visible again.

You can switch plans whenever you like, and if you want to change which portfolio is active you can also do this once every 30 days.
