To manually force a sync with a wallet or exchange connection in Delta, you will need to access your Connections page. Here are the step-by-step instructions:
Open the app and navigate to Settings.
Tap on Connections.
Locate the specific connection you wish to update and tap on the double curved arrow (circular arrows) located to the left of the connection name.
Important Tips for a Successful Sync:
Syncing Multiple Connections: You have the option to update everything simultaneously by tapping "Sync all connections" at the bottom of the Connections screen. However, if you have multiple connections linked to the same exchange, syncing them all at once may cause the exchange to rate-limit you. To prevent this, it is highly recommended to manually sync those specific connections separately, leaving some time between each sync.
Keep Your Screen Active: If a sync is failing to complete or gets stuck waiting in the queue, initiate the sync again and make sure not to navigate away from the Connections page or lock your phone until the process has fully finished. If the app goes into the background or your screen locks, your device might disconnect the sync process if it takes longer than 30 seconds.
Reviewing Errors: If you receive an error message while syncing, the Connections page will usually display details explaining the issue directly below the connection, such as invalid API credentials or the exchange rate-limiting your IP.
