If you need to change or update the API key for an existing exchange connection, you can easily do so within the app. Do not delete the exchange connection, as deleting it will stop the import of new transactions and could mess up your existing data.
Here are the steps to update your connection with a new API key:
Open the Delta app and navigate to Settings.
Select Connections and tap on the specific exchange connection that you want to update.
Enter your new API Key and Secret.
Tap Update connection to save your changes.
A few things to keep in mind:
While you can update the API key and secret, you will not be able to change some of the other import settings that were chosen when the connection was initially set up.
As long as you follow the steps above, the connection will seamlessly begin importing your new transactions and will not need to reimport your old historical transactions.
