How to Cancel Your PRO Subscription

We are always sorry to see you go, and we hope to see you as a PRO user again in the future! Because of how app billing works, subscriptions are handled directly by the respective app stores (Apple or Google) if you subscribed via mobile, or by our team if you subscribed through the desktop app.

Here is exactly how you can manage or cancel your subscription based on where you originally upgraded.

Subscribed via iOS (Apple)

If you subscribed using an iPhone or iPad, Apple controls your billing, renewals, and cancellations. You can find and cancel your Delta subscription directly in your device's settings by navigating to your Apple ID's Subscriptions section.

Subscribed via Android (Google Play)

If you subscribed using an Android device, Google handles your billing. You can easily manage or cancel your active Delta plan by heading into your Google Play Store subscription settings.

Subscribed via the Legacy Desktop App

If you are one of our early users who subscribed directly via the desktop app, your billing is handled by us through Stripe. To cancel, please send us the last invoice you received from Stripe regarding your Delta subscription by emailing us directly from the support page within the app.

Received via etoro Club Membership

If your Delta PRO or PRO+ plan comes as a benefit of your etoro Club membership, your access will automatically match your Club level. Changing or canceling your plan means you will need to change your Club tier directly on etoro, not inside the Delta app.

Important Things to Keep in Mind

  • Your Data is Safe: If you cancel or downgrade your plan, please do not worry—your data is never removed or deleted. Everything stays securely in your account, and any locked portfolios or hidden assets will simply become fully visible again if you choose to upgrade in the future.

  • Trouble finding your subscription? Please ensure you are logged into the exact Apple or Google account that originally purchased the subscription.

  • Billing Support: Because Apple and Google process mobile subscriptions on their end, you will need to reach out to their customer support teams if you are having trouble canceling the subscription directly on your device.
