If you decide that you no longer want to use Delta and would like us to completely remove all data associated with your account, you can request an account deletion by reaching out to our team.
Here is exactly how you can permanently delete your Delta account and what you need to know before doing so.
Steps to Delete Your Account
To delete your account, you will need to contact our support team directly. When reaching out, you must provide your specific Device Identifier from the Delta app so we can locate your data.
Here is how to find your Device Identifier and contact us:
Open the sidebar in the Delta app and navigate to Settings.
Tap on Support.
Scroll all the way to the bottom of the screen to find your Device Identifier.
You can contact our support team directly from that exact same screen to submit your deletion request.
What if I use an eToro Account?
If you use the Delta Account feature and are signed in through your eToro account, please make sure to supply that specific email address when you reach out to our support team.
Please keep in mind that deleting your Delta account does not automatically close your eToro account. If you also wish to go through the account deletion process for your main eToro account, you will need to follow their specific instructions provided via the link in the app.
⚠️ Important Warning: Deletion is Irreversible
Please be absolutely certain before you request an account deletion! Permanently deleting your Delta account is entirely irreversible.
Once the deletion is processed, all of your transactions, portfolios, and any other data points related to your account are permanently wiped from our servers. It will not be possible—and never will be possible—to retrieve or restore this data once the deletion is complete.
