Recovering your Delta login email or password

How to reset your Delta login credentials, which are managed through eToro's Single Sign-On system, and what happens if you want to remove the eToro link.

Written by James Evans

Because Delta accounts are powered by the eToro Single Sign-On (SSO) system, your login credentials (email and password) are securely managed directly by eToro, not Delta.

Resetting your password or recovering your email

  1. Reset your password: Go directly to the eToro platform (etoro.com) or the eToro app to request a password reset link.

  2. Check email verification: Make sure the email address you are using is verified on eToro.

  3. Contact eToro support: If you are receiving technical credentials errors, reach out to eToro support directly — they manage the sign-in servers and security protocols.

Removing the eToro link from your account

While you cannot unlink your eToro account from your portfolio data directly in the app, our support team can manually remove the eToro link from our end. If you'd like us to do this, please reach out and we'll help you.

Here's what happens if we unlink your account:

  • What you keep: All of your existing transactions, connections, and historical data.

  • What you lose: The ability to sync your data across multiple devices (such as the Desktop app). If you are an eToro Club member, you will also lose access to the promotional Delta PRO/PRO+ features associated with your Club tier.

To request unlinking, contact support and provide your Device Identifier, which you can find at the bottom of Settings > Support in the app.
